We will quote you total price including Postage & Bank Account Number.

PAYMENT PROCEDURES

We currently accept the following mode of payment
  • ATM/BANK TRANSFERS (POSB/DBS ONLY)
  • INTERNET BANKING (POSB/DBS ONLY)
Payment is to be made within 24 HOURS.
Please drop us an Email upon making payment, preferably with picture of receipt attach & your Mailing Address. Once payment verified, we able to have your order ship out.

SHIPPING INFORMATION



We pride ourselves on being able to have your order ship out within 24 Hours after cleared payment.

Option 1: Normal Postage $2.00 Flat Fee - A signature is not required for delivery and tracking is not available. Delivery times varies 2 days till 3 weeks. We cannot accept claims for loss or damage in transit. For local shipping, Singapore Post may deliver within 2-5 days.

Option 2: Registered Postage $4.00 Flat Fee - Insured for loss or damage. For local shipping, Singapore Post may deliver within 1-2 days. We will email you when your shipment leaves to notify of the tracking number.

Option 3: Courier $7.00 Flat Fee - This is door-to-door delivery based on the next availability for delivery. Changes are based on per location, any subsequent location will be charge as a trip.

Free door-to-door delivery with Minimum Purchase of $100 and above.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We strictly conduct Quality Checks before mailing your items.

Only Manufacturing Defects are allowed to be exchange. Please provide us with pictures for Verification and Appoval.

Colours of actual item may vary from our Photo due to lighting or quality effects. Refund/Exchanges is not allowed.

If item is not available, the amount will be credited for your next purchase. Otherwise you can exchange for another item of the same value or higher and just top-up the difference.

Overall, if you are not 100% satisfied in any way with your item that you have received. Please drop us an email 30 Days from the Order Date.
